The
first question we get asked is "How does it work?" or "What
is the process?"
Well, whether you are just starting to investigate the possiblity of building
a new primary, vacation or retirement home or you have been shopping around,
we make the process simple
First, contact us for a FREE INFORMATION
PACKAGE. You will receive a booklet that includes all of our prices, floor
plans, office locations, building area map, building specifications, and
our No Hidden Cost Policy. You can also check out our FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS page for lots of useful information.
If. after receiving our package, you see something that interests you,
you can call or e-mail us to schedule a tour of our model homes. We can
show you completed homes or homes under construction for most models that
we offer. In some cases we have introduce new home styles, but may not
have a model to show.
We will answer all of your questions about our homes and the building
process, but we never ask you to sign or buy anything. We are very proud
of our showing program and our policy to not pressure any visitor or guest.
We want you to enjoy your visit in the Poconos.
If you like what you see and are interested in moving forward, we can
show you available lots. If you already own a lot, we'd be happy to take
a look at it and/or discuss what is needed to build on it.
If you decide to have us build your home we'll take care of all the paperwork
to get the process started and move the process forward until move-in
day.
